About QSE & IBP

Inspiring Business Performance Ltd (IBP) is the result of the merger of Quality South East (QSE) and Capital Quality Ltd (CQL) on 1st June 2010.

Two of the UK's leading business development organisations have joined forces in a move that will see organisations benefit from a broader range of services and expertise. Quality South East (QSE) has merged with Capital Quality Ltd (CQL) to form Inspiring Business Performance Ltd (IBP).

Key clients include Sainsbury's, McDonald's, Fujitsu, Kent County Council, Thomas Cook Holidays, The Dorchester, Alliance Healthcare, landscape gardeners Gavin Jones and Thomson Directories.

QSE was formerly a not-for-profit company specialising in accreditation services and organisational support. Established in 2001 to provide independent assessment and accreditation services for the South East region, QSE originally existed to support clients in:

  • developing people for the effective delivery of business support services
