About QSE
QSE is a not-for-profit company and we specialise in accreditation services and organisational support. We were established in 2001 to provide independent assessment and accreditation services for the South East region. In essence, QSE exists to support clients in:
- meeting standards
- increasing business
- developing people for the effective delivery of business support services

QSE's core team for Training Quality Standard support is led by Trish Fraser (Managing Director of QSE). Chris Moore is Project Manager. Our Principal Consultants are Margaret Adams and Rod-Haveland Smith.
QSE has over 5,000 clients, many within the education and training sector. We are specialists in assessment, development of people and Standards, client support and quality assurance. We provide advisory and assessment services for organisations in Investors in People (IIP) and hold a licence from the Law Society for the delivery of accreditation services against the LEXCEL Standard. We also develop, train and assess advisers, assessors and brokers who seek professional accreditation in all these areas as well as being a licensed SFEDI Centre of Excellence.
QSE has been engaged with development relating to the Training Quality Standard, (formerly the New Standard) since the end of 2006.
