Conditional to Full Certification
For organisations seeking to convert conditional certification into full certification.Your A.5/B.3 concession(s) may be coming to an end. If so, you need to prepare for your Certificating Body to re-assess one or both of these AS WELL AS A.0/B.0 and a 'light touch' look at other criteria and indicators. Introductory Support: Workshop and Guide
Just starting out on your TQS journey, and needing to introduce others to the TQS? Use this workshop.A group workshop for whole organisations or consortia, supported by a practical Guide, for the whole standard, for Training Quality Standard Part A only or for Training Quality Standard Part B only. Support is provided by specialist consultants including, where appropriate, guest speakers from other providers.

Introductory Support: Application Check
Your application is fundamental to your TQS accreditation outcome. Use this service to help you assess and improve your TQS application.Bespoke support to help you analyse, assess, refine and take action relating to your Training Quality Standard (or 'TQS') application (Part A only or Part A plus one or more Part B's) by reviewing your draft application in detail. The support includes notes on your electronic draft application and telephone or meeting feedback.

Intermediate Support: Health Check
Looking for peace of mind? Find it through an independent assessment of where your organisation 'is' on its TQS journey, and what has yet to be achieved.This is a desk research, on-site and follow-up assessment process. It checks your whole organisation's readiness for assessment against the Training Quality Standard and supports your action planning. Onsite TQS activities usually include interviews with staff and employers.
Intermediate Support: Criterion and Indicator Workshops
Got a specific problem with the TQS? Use this workshop.These are group Training Quality Standard workshops for whole organisations or consortia, and focus on specific criteria and indicators that may be causing difficulties (such as A.0/B.0, A.5, B.3 and A.6). The activities can include guest speakers. We can offer practical guidance for assessment of current status, planning data gathering and analysis to meet the needs of the TQS and providing evidence to support certification, all supported by case study.
If there are generic development needs (like working with Organisational Needs Analyses, Key Account Management, CRMS and Impact data gathering) we can also help.
